Responsibilities:
- manage and develop the CRM system and ensure it aligns with other business processes,
- assure the quality of the data put in the CRM system by Sales Department,
- drive continuous development of the CRM system in coordination with stakeholders,
- maintain users, access rights and specific master data information,
- create ad-hoc reports & analysis based on CRM & financial data,
- develop the trainings and support the users of the system,
- create Commercial Performance Report,
- create ad-hoc reports & analysis based on CRM & financial data,
- report directly to the headquarters and The Board in Germany.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of finance / sales controlling/ other analytical roles,
- strong analytical and IT skills, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail,
- great business maturity and professional approach,
- knowledge of CRM system would be a great asset (exceptionally SAP S/4HANA),
- great knowledge of English – both written and spoken.
