About the assignment:
The HR Advisor will be a part of the global HR Delivery Center providing support within areas of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, development & implementation of global HR processes.
This position serves as a first point of contact for all incoming queries from AkzoNobel’s employees and managers to efficiently handle HR, Payroll and HR-IT related requests and communicate effectively with employees, managers, People Services and On site HR.
Responsibilities:
• Providing front line advice and support on HR related matters to internal customers.
• Responding to questions and cases submitted by employees via telephone or e-mail and registering and controlling client cases in ServiceNow system.
• Ensuring that incoming enquiries to the People Services team are answered in a professional and efficient manner.
• Providing support to internal customers on HR processes, internal policies and procedures.
• Using process knowledge to show customers how to retrieve information through the various channels.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in HR processes and tools.
About you:
• Previous experience in a customer service environment will be an asset.
• Experience in general HR function will be an asset.
• Relevant higher education (preferably in HR).
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Capability of working in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Can-do attitude and problem- solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Team player with high customer orientation.
• Fluent in English and French.
