Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in hr administration and payroll area,
- very good knowledge of English and Spanish (min. B2),
- high level of attention to detail and accuracy,
- communication skills, very good organization of work.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for document management related to employee hiring, exit, and contractual changes,
- preparation of non-standard ad-hoc documents linked to employment processes,
- preparation of new employment contracts, contract conversions, and renewals,
- manage changes in contracts including salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc.
- oversee benefits management for employees,
- manage administrative processes for local and global mobility, including relocation and immigration,
- review and manage leave requests along with supporting documentation,
- monitor schedules and manage overtime/undertime,
- maintain supporting documentation for time and attendance records,
- consolidate time records input for payroll processing,
- ensure data accuracy and update HR and payroll systems as required.
