Deloitte Central Europe’s Consulting practice is currently searching for a full-time QRM Junior Specialist.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Participation in daily QRM operations
• Responsibility for selected operation activities such as reporting, reviews, compliance monitoring
• Supporting with adoption of Global/Regional QRM tools and programmes (e.g., Alliances, Reselling business, Asset building, Application maintenance)
• Collaboration with the QRM Consulting team members to ensure new projects and operations are in line with existing procedures/ policies
• Other ad hoc related projects identified as part of the development of the role

Training will be provided for all relevant activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working in a Quality/ Risk, Operations, Project Management or equivalent position
• Cooperative, open and proactive mindset (team player)
• Desire to learn
• Passion for processes and improvement
• Structured thinking
• English (fluent / advanced – written and spoken)  
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in project preparation and execution of processes in QRM
• IT / Technology background
• Experience from delivery of IT / Digital solutions  
• Risk and quality management education or experience
