Right now, we are looking for an individual to join our Technology M&A Team, focused on providing transactional services dedicated to the biggest market players worldwide.
- Has a minimum 3 years of experience in IT – related roles (systems implementation, IT management, IT audit, IT transformation, data management, cybersecurity)
- Has a knowledge of IT structured methodologies (i.e. ITIL, Prince2, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
- Understands how infrastructure works and impacts business operations
- Understands applications, its data flows and integrations within organization overall business and IT landscape
- Has at least a bachelor degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline
It would be beneficial if you also have:
- An open mind and flexible approach to dynamic situation
- Experience in any stages of the Merger and Acquisition transaction life cycle (IT Due diligence, Day 1 planning, Post-merger IT integration, IT divestments, Carve-outs, Restructuring, etc.)
- Experience in setting up, management delivery or assurance over projects, or programmes from technology point of view
- Experience in creating high-quality documents and working closely with the client g. gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, advanced reports reparation, or data analysis in customer’s environment
- Has good understanding why companies go into cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), can comment on solutions used by clients and advise on cloud architectures principles
- Knows what it takes to effectively secure IT systems and protect the information
- Has good written and verbal command of English (other European languages are always welcomed and make additional advantage)
- Can manage stakeholders
Your future role
- Play detective: Provide due diligence aiming for identification of critical aspects of technology impacting clients’ decision regarding potential transaction
- Design and create: Implement target operating model including setting up long term relationships between IT and business functions
- Transform: Support clients in mergers of a companies from technology and infrastructure point of view.
- Operate: plan and govern separation projects, where parts of a company need to be quickly cut from its parent. Disentangle the links, unscrew the dependencies, let them fly!
- Shop: Support clients in the process of selecting valuable transaction opportunities
- Learn industries: Being part of the dynamic and multidisciplinary teams working across industries; Oil and Gas, Banking and Insurance, Travel and Entertainment, Technology, e-commerce, automotive, life science, HoReCo
- Join the team, see the world! If you would like to, once pandemic situation is under control, you will have possibility to work on the international assignments on client site with up to 30% travel

About the team
We are a team of experts providing diverse services in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as operations and technology-related risks. We lead Technology Due Diligences, prepare carve-outs and run Post-Merger Integration projects. We advise our clients on setting up proper IT governance and management structure, their strategy, applications and processes as well as design internal control frameworks to mitigate technology risks. We ensure that their systems and data are secure and that they are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements. Your future colleagues advise CTOs, CIOs, CROs, Internal Audit Directors, and Project Managers of the largest companies in Central Europe.
