• Required professional background and skills:
• University degree in Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance / Mathematics, Economics or related, 
• Basic knowledge of pension liability calculations,
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, 
• Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems,
• Willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent skills in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel,
• Team player with a flexible working style,

We consider as an advantage:

• Exposure to IAS19 / ASC715 regimes or experience in pension modelling,
• Basic German skills,
• Programming skills (VBA, R) and/or exposure to actuarial software,
• Knowledge of German GAAP and German tax accounting of pension plans will be an asset.

Your future role

• Our growing international actuarial team is looking for new colleagues who will:
• Actively contribute to a wide range of actuarial consulting projects for pension plans,
• Independently lead valuations of pension plans and coordinate small teams,
• Work in a multinational and multicultural actuarial department,
• Develop, implement and review actuarial models for pension plans,
• Calculate liability for pension plans and prepare disclosures under IAS19/ASC715,
• Review reserving methodologies and results for employee benefit reserves for Polish Companies,
• Write reports and prepare documents with results,
• Manage junior resources as part of larger projects, provide on-the-job training and coaching,
• Work with clients, including dealing with queries, attending meetings.
