Job Description & Summary

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our Transfer Pricing team. Our opportunities are open to experienced applicants across Poland. 

Senior Consultant -Transfer Pricing Team

 

Key responsibilities

When you join our Transfer Pricing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating transfer pricing projects including:

    • preparing transfer pricing reports, including involvement in global documentation projects; 

    • supporting clients during the tax audits and tax proceedings (APA, MAP);

    • preparing transfer pricing policies.

  • Coordinating with other tax teams across the business on a range of topics;

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships;

  • Taking ownership of your schedule and proactively seeking work when necessary;

  • Coaching and developing junior team members;

  • Building internal relationships and fostering communication within the transfer pricing team;

  • Assisting with the team’s business development and marketing initiatives;

  • Developing and delivering transfer pricing and economic ideas.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a transfer pricing practice within professional services or within an industry transfer pricing department (proficiency in local Polish regulation is an asset but is not a must);

  • English language proficiency (Polish language is very useful but not obligatory);

  • Analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice;

  • Strong people skills for engaging with our clients and team members;

  • Excellent communication and project management skills;

  • Ability and willingness to keep up to date technically.
