Preferred Fields of Study: Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Reporting

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• Working collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities

• Utilising business acumen and experience in supporting, communicating and reporting on service and/or product value, service performance, customer feedback, and financials to both senior business stakeholders and internal leadership

• Collaborating with others to deliver solutions to complex problems while maintaining standards and minimising risk to the firm

• Possessing written, oral and listening skills with the ability to understand and act upon leadership guidance in work product and deliverables

• Preparing presentations designed to inform and influence leadership, stakeholders

• Working with a team to manage and deliver projects that are technically accurate and of high quality

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Service Acceptance process working with service owners, functional, operational, compliance, risk and DR related areas; evangelise the Service Acceptance process amongst PwC functional teams

• Manage and maintain Service library and corresponding artefacts with a focus on data integrity within our systems to support compliance and audit functions

• Execute against process improvement initiatives as we digitise, automate and simplify our business processes to improve Service Quality and Customer Experience
