Responsibilities:

Facilitate the Service Acceptance process working with service owners, functional, operational, compliance, risk and DR related areas; evangelise the Service Acceptance process amongst PwC functional teams

Manage and maintain Service library and corresponding artefacts with a focus on data integrity within our systems to support compliance and audit functions

Execute against process improvement initiatives as we digitise, automate and simplify our business processes to improve Service Quality and Customer Experience
