GBS PTP Risk and Support Lead Analyst role’s primary purpose is to ensure all SOX controls are completed, documented, and reviewed in a timely manner on an ongoing basis. Lead Analyst will handle all internal and external auditors’ reviews and inquiries. This role is also responsible for reporting, KPI’s analysis as well as resolving complex inquiries and managing escalations in cooperation with PTP Resolution Supervisor.

 What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all SOX controls are completed, documented, and reviewed in a timely manner
• Support internal and external auditors according to the defined audit scope for all Biogen entities within GBS scope
• Ensure delivery of PTP reports and reporting presentations on weekly and monthly basis as well as per internal and business needs
• Build, implement and maintain new reports as per internal needs by using available tools: Excel, BO, PowerBi, and ServiceNow
• Support for complex issues and escalations PO, VMD, SNOW
• Support and training of the team members
• Participation and leading assigned projects within the PTP Team
• Prepare/maintain process documentation (SOP’s, Work instructions and Job Aids) to ensure they are accurate and current in line with existing Biogen Written Standard Policy Requirements
• Facilitate and engage into collaboration with GBS entities/customers to promote continuous improvement changes and support standardization of processes

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are an accountant with at least 2 year of experience. You have a good understanding Procure to Pay processes and fluent English (other languages preferred).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar faculty
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting function
• Good understanding of international banking and payments systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, experience with Oracle ERP preferred
• Experience in an international environment preferred
• Fluent in English and other languages preferred
