We are looking for Scrum Master and located in Warszawa.
What you will do:
- Coach team on continuous improvement and integration of agile values and principles
- Organize and facilitate team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospective
- Ensure the team has clear understanding and alignment on goals, outcomes and expectations
- Assist product owner in effective backlog management and prioritization
- Drive empirical planning, communicate progress and track velocity
- Foster team collaboration, standards, and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years coaching high performance teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Excellent listening comprehension and empathy
- Concise and articulate written and verbal communication
- Strong bias toward action
- Act with transparency, courage, openness and respect
- Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira or Asana
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- University degree with a strong analytical concentration: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master
