We are looking for Business Finance Specialist - Digital Finance and located in Warszawa.
What you will do:
- Listen to stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and priorities
- Prioritize needs coming from stakeholders
- Perform functional research and design to determine possible solutions
- Construct ad-hoc financial models and analyses to support deliverables
- Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Conduct data discovery and profiling for fit and gap analysis
- Design, build and operate robust and scalable dashboards and visualizations
- Support data migrations in systems transformations
- Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty
- Actively contribute to team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
- Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome
- Communicate on outcomes to stakeholders to ensure understanding of progress and potential roadblocks
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
- 2+ years of hands on experience with SAP ECC or S/4
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
- Comfortable writing SQL queries
- Passionate about learning everyday
- Customer satisfaction & Business oriented
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with planning solutions like TM1, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, or Hyperion
- Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent
- Experience with Python or other programming languages
