We are looking for Global Internal Control Owner – Source to Pay and located in Warszawa.
As an expert in the end to end process for Source to Pay domain, ensure all controls are embedded and automated. Set up a governance to ensure that the end to end process remains relevant and sustainable.
Responsibilities for end to end scope of the domain including master data and expense reimbursement.
What you will do:
- Define key controls for the domain following a risk-based approach.
- Provide sustainable solutions (including but not limited to best practices identification and sharing) and training to internal control teams in the territory and process owners in order to close any control gaps relating to the domain.
- Eliminate and minimize manual controls by embedding and implementing automated controls.
- Deliver transformation projects in the domain leading to a successful execution and sustainable adoption and deployment.
- Lead the continuous improvement and innovation in the key controls and end to end process considering risk mitigation strategies, simplification, standardization and automation.

Qualifications
If you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- At least 15 years in internal/external audit and operational experience
- Strong communication, business acumen and influencing skills
- Team player and collaborator skills
- Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle.
- Experience in ARIS methodology and design of end to end process.
- Experience in managing timelines and managing stakeholders in matrix organization.
- Proven experience in embedding and automating controls across all businesses process within the domain.
