CEE Recruitment Projects Manager


The team and your role

CEE Recruitment & Attraction team supports over 100 recruiters in 27 territories across the CEE region. Our team delivers solutions that enable territories to understand and use recruitment technologies efficiently (training, webinars, onboarding, process maps, ad hoc support). Currently we manage 3 key recruitment technologies (ATS, Assessment platform and Pre-hire portal) and processes embedded in them. In addition, we are working on the implementation of the two new technologies: CRM and Experience Hires Assessments and that's why we need you.

Your key goal would be to proactively assist territories to improve their recruitment efficiencies, hiring manager and candidate experiences across CEE region in order to attract, recruit and retain talents across all PwC CEE teams. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing relationships with CEE recruiters, Recruitment Leaders and other respective groups across network as necessary to deliver projects (L&D, HC Systems, Legal, IT, Finance, Global TA teams)
  • Identify and manage the local 'owners', superusers of the systems and make them understand the benefits of the technology usage 
  • Suggest improvements/ the new ways of working within recruitment process
  • Make new technologies user adoption relevant to Territories to increase the usage
  • Support CEE R&A SMEs  based on day-to-day involvement in the project and gain experience needed to backup the SME (if needed)
  • Develop sufficient projects related knowledge to be an advanced user of our recruitment systems and their functionalities and to be equipped to advise local teams (if needed) or support SMEs during selected project phases 
  • Work with the team on completion of goals for the selected stages of the R&A projects
  • Understand, track and manage project dependencies and risks
  • Report project status with transparency to team leader and to territories 
  • Understand accountabilities within the project plan and track completion of tasks
  • Support Post go-live activities for CRM and Experienced hires Assessments
  • Share best practises, provide trainings
  • Manage requests for customizations, enhancements
     

Experience

  • A solid Recruitment background with an understanding of what a high quality hiring process looks like 
  • Strong ability to identify new recruitment and attraction techniques
  • Recruitment technology implementation huge plus
  • Working with complex hierarchies and matrix management
  • Experience of virtual cooperation within a geographically diverse team would be preferred

  • Sound knowledge of the recruitment processes and implementation of recruitment technologies
  • Project management skills to deliver solutions which maximize efficiencies and utilize technology
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport
  • Ability to work effectively within the virtual team
  • Creativity with supporting analytical skills 
  • Excellent English skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills, using the resources and networks available to find innovative solutions
  • Confidence in preparing presentations and  presenting them to senior managers and stakeholders to help inform decision making
