What will you do?

• You will be responsible for timely cash collection
• Investigate and review credit risks involving customers and suppliers
• Evaluate credit history
• Handle day to day activities and refer the most delicate matters to the supervisor
• Prepare and follow up letters of collection
• Regularly reflect the status of credit and collection activities

What do we expect from you?

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
• Very good English both verbal and written
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year experience of Order to Cash experience skill is an advantage
• Prior voice collections experience, ideally business to business.
• BPO experience of at least 6 months is required, particularly in customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel

Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required:

• Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Account Management Reconciliations, respond to queries voice and query capability
• Experience in any accounting ERP Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Analytical and fact based decision maker
• Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations
• Experience in team interactions and facilitation
• Graduate of finance related or business course. Accounting graduates - an advantage
• Able to perform analysis of complex data and tasks
