Responsibilities:
- preparing specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data,
- performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process,
- conducting of financial transactions, including verification, classification and recording of data relating to payments and receivables,
- analyze, monitor, and action on KPIs to improve their values consistently,
- matching incoming payments against open items, investigating any differences,
- participate in the project creation, definition and strategy,
- reconciliation customer accounts and checking for discrepancies, and troubleshoot billing issues.
Requirements:
- preferably 2 year of experience in a similar position and good orientation in the area of accounting,
- proficiency in English at least B2 level,
- knowledge of basic accounting principles,
- advanced skills of SAP and MS Office (particularly MS Excel),
- experience in performing month/year end procedures,
- high communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills.
