Join us a Transfer Agency Fund Profile Management Senior Representative !
The Transfer Agency Fund Profile Management (TA FPM) team ensures the successful integration and coordination of new business implementations alongside client conversions. The FPM team participates in the life cycle of fund and share class launches, including project scoping, planning, requirements definition, issues resolution and implementation;
Supporting the business units globally, the Senior FPM Representative will work as part of the FPM team in Dublin working with other internal teams. The Snr FPM Representative will be responsible for gathering all relevant information relating to fund set up, populating the related set up forms and subsequently inputting all this information into the TA applications. The representative will be delegated new fund and share class launches each week and will be expected to complete the set up of each task in a timely basis. This role will involve working closely and with the support of the FPM Manager, Snr Analyst and Analysts to ensure the team operates efficiently and that deadlines are met. The Snr FPM Representative will report directly to one of the Analysts on the team.
1. Fund Launch Management
Learn and understand the system architecture and functionality and apply the features of the various products as applicable.
Learn and understand fund documentation, e.g. Prospectus, and identify key information within the documentation.Be able to translate this information into system friendly language.
Identify gaps in current processes or solutions and work with own team and other appropriate teams on solutions to fill these gaps
Communicating with interested parties within the banksuch Investor Relations Managers for requirements, operations for processes
Escalate client requests outside the standard BBH TA process, and work with the Business Analysis team to evaluate develop detailed requirements and analysis of TA operational workflow
Static Data ownership, assist with Static Data changes when required
2. Client Servicing
Coordinate and work effectively with colleagues across the Service Delivery and RE Pillars
Respond quickly and accurately to internal
3. Risk Management
Ensure all procedures are kept up-to-date and follow internal Risk guidelines
Identify any gaps in current process or improvements needed and remediate as necessary
Identify and eliminate any unnecessary manual tasks, replace with automation
Issue/Error Ownership – escalate, track and resolve issues.Identify preventative measures to prevent reoccurrence
BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience
2-3 years related Financial Services industry knowledge and experience required; (knowledge of Transfer Agency would be advantageous)
Ability to communicate effective in English, in both written and verbal communications, is a requirement.
Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Access, Project, VBA for Excel, Multifonds “MFGI” or MS Access is advantageous.
