Responsibilities:
- providing and maintaining an effective end-to-end accounts payable service,
- proactively leading and managing the Accounts Payable team (30 FTE),
- serving as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding accounts payable enquiries,
- supporting the process of local tax calculation,
- managing and updating internal local processes and manuals,
- ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed terms,
- cooperating closely with other accounting teams,
- actively participating in various improvement projects.
Requirements:
- educational background in Finance and Accounting,
- good knowledge of English (min. B2),
- strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team,
- excellent knowledge of accounts payable practices and procedures,
- ability to meet strict deadlines and to multi-task,
- very good interpersonal and communication skills.
