Who we're looking for

• Expertise in XML-related technologies and experience with one of the OOP languages
• Very good knowledge of the Internet technologies (web services), good understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS) and associated integration challenges.
• Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations.
• Strong consulting and communication skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining solutions to customers.
• Excellent English knowledge in writing and speaking

Nice to have:

• Workday HCM Certified, or experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in other middleware/ integration platforms.
• Experience in designing workflows to solve business and technical problems.- optional
• Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.

Your future role

• Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday Integrations applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration.
• Work with clients and team members to scope and clarify requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates and recommendations.
• Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients.
• Work with the team members to achieve agreed upon timelines for reporting deliverables.
