Who we're looking for
We are waiting for your application if you have:
- Passion for recruitment and positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes including direct search (IT recruitment experience would be an asset)
- Confidence in sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
- Excellent communications skills
- Very good written and spoken English and Polish
Your future role
- Take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for different IT roles
- Proactively identify and attract candidates using different sourcing methods
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to set expectations for the recruitment process and to fulfill the required roles
- Ensure great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate data in applicant tracking system
- Support Employer Branding initiatives and build a positive image of the employer inside and outside the organization

About the team
We are currently expanding our HR team and looking for Recruiter to join our recruitment team and will be responsible for running end-to-end recruitment processes in technical/IT field.
