Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate experienced with SAP Security & GRC, dedicated to further develop in these areas and use his/her experience to advise our clients.
We expect that a perfect candidate will contribute to growth of our team’s knowledge and competencies around SAP technology in context of risk management, internal controls advisory, audit and security excellence.
Yours skills and experience should include:
- 5+ years of experience in roles related to SAP security (e.g. design and build of roles & authorizations concepts in SAP), SAP user management and/or SAP GRC solutions like Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management and/or Cloud Identity & Access Governance
- Hands-on experience with technologies of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA (cross-module)
- Proven track record in managing SAP security / roles & authorizations / SAP GRC transformation projects
- Significant experience in collaboration with SAP functional consultants and ABAP developers
- Excellent understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business / IT processes and internal controls
- Experience in creating high-quality documents and working closely with the client, especially with senior stakeholders
- Degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline (or career path dedicated to IT / technology area)
- Good written and verbal command of English (other European languages are also welcome and are of additional advantage)
- SAP certificates (good to have)
- Consulting / BIG4 experience (good to have)
Your future role
- Managing projects and team focused on advising in SAP Security & GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) area
- Creating innovative solutions to address security, compliance and risk management challenges of our clients who use SAP technology
- Designing and building security frameworks and authorization models in S/4HANA, SAP ECC and other SAP technologies (incl. SAP Fiori)
- Designing safeguards and controls to manage technology risks in SAP environment
- Advising on setting up relationships between IT and business functions
- Providing advice related to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements with a special focus on SAP technology
- Supporting Deloitte’s business development, including innovation, marketing, and sales activities
- Developing / exercising leadership capabilities to motivate and elevate team members

We advise our clients on setting up proper IT governance and management structure, design internal control frameworks to mitigate technology risks. We ensure that their systems and data are secure and that they are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements. We also participate in Mergers & Acqusitions projects - IT Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration. Our professionals advise CIOs, CROs, Internal Audit Directors and Project Managers of the largest companies in Central Europe.
