Working with the Human Capital Solutions Global Data Governance Director to implement and maintain Aon’s Human Capital Solutions data governance strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the HCS data flow diagrams for all HCS applications globally.
• Creation of new HCS data flow diagrams for new services introduced into HCS
• The creation of HCS metadata/data governance records and the maintenance of these records
• Data stewardship
• Identification of (and mitigation proposals for) data governance issues
• Assist the Data Governance director on projects and initiatives
• Representation for HCS on Data Governance forums
   

Requirements:

• Good analytical (business and/or technical), organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to lead and implement projects, especially projects that involve senior stakeholders’ participation
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Data Governance tools such as Alation
• An understanding of IT technical terms and concepts
• A good understanding of IT security principles and concepts
• Experience of the OneTrust tool is advantageous
• Data Privacy knowledge will be an advantage though training will be provided
• Fluent English language skills are essential
