Do you have experience in administrative support functions? Are you familiar with the fund industry? Do you have an audit and risk mindset? We’re looking for a Management Companies Support Officer in Poland to:
• support the assessment and monitoring of asset managers, distributors, custodians and fund administrators
• support the UBS Management Companies in fulfilling regulatory reporting obligations (e.g. requests from regulators, fund board packs)
• support the Tax team in matters related to tax topics
• support the Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary teams in matters related to class actions, proxy voting and contract management
• execute diverse administrative tasks for all three UBS Management Companies in Europe
• maintain and continuously improve procedures
• support project and regulatory change management activities
You will be working in the newly created ManCo Delivery Team in UBS’s Business Solution Center in Krakow, Poland. The team is responsible for delivering services for the three European Management Companies located in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. We are a small team, supporting each other. You will report directly to a local team head and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

• Experience in a similar role for a management company, audit firm or large financial institution supporting the financial services industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (know how to figure things out)
• Proven operational execution excellence; precise, accurate and flexible
• Good knowledge of the MS Office tools
• Experience to work with different databases
• Own allocated tasks and work autonomously
• Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• French, German or other languages would be an asset
