Client Serv Representative II

Location: Kraków, małopolskie

As Client Service Representative in Krakow Custody Hub team you will be responsible for custody account opening process and for maintaining client access to BBH platform Infuse. The role will require you to perform client calls and to establish relationships with internal teams. A Client Service Representative will collaborate with team members and managers to discuss current trends, provide insights, offer automated solutions, and assist in internal projects to ensure client satisfaction.                   



  • BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience (0-2 years)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools 
  • Fluency in English
