What do you need to start?

• Knowledge of French and English (at least B2 level)
• Strong people management skills - min. 1 year of supervisory experience
• Interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build relationship across various stakeholders
• Multitasking, ability to organize own and team’s work in compliance with the operational procedures, tight deadlines, KPI/Client's reporting requirements, ad hoc priority tasks

What duties will help you grow?

• leading the team and ensuring the delivery of high quality service to the client
• providing encouragement, feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance
• setting objectives to develop individuals in line with assignment, service line targets
• applying process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement purposes
• proposing improvements to optimize and increase efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery
