Qualifications:

• Good experience in core Java

• Experience with Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)

• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

• SQL – ability to understand and write SQL queries

• Familiarity with testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Spock

• Experience with Unix platforms

• Good English and good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Web development skills – experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus

• Familiarity with ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate) is a plus

• Knowledge in build and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle)

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience with message queue brokers (WebSphere MQ, Oracle AQ)

• Experience with WebServices (SOAP, REST)

• Experience in JavaEE

• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot applications using logs (troubleshooting Java memory issues, analyzing java heap/thread dumps, troubleshooting application issues)

• Contribute to inhouse Reporting products by delivering best solutions possible using Angular and Spring frameworks, on top of Java backend

• Improve products by applying newest solutions and mitigating cyber security risks
