Our Financial Crime Technology team in Poland delivers innovative products and consulting services to global PwC clients, addressing key challenges in the Anti Financial Crime area (Anti Money Laundering, Combating Terrorism Financing, Fraud Risk Management, FATCA and Financial Sanctions implementation etc.).

Our team helps clients transform their finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimise d use of technology, and efficient use of resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders.

Technology Manager in Technology Team, Financial Crime Unit

The role

• Design, develop and implement IT solutions (systems, apps, data analytics models) that parallel Client’s business challenges in Anti Financial Crime area
• Work on Client projects together with other team members to develop solutions for complex issues in the AML/CTF/Sanctions area
• Play key role in project delivery, build and maintain relationships with Clients and stakeholders
• Keep up with latest Technology and Anti Financial Crime trends
• Work on internal initiatives developing new value propositions for our Clients
• Connect with the PwC network and share knowledge
• Cooperation in building requirements, estimates with the development team
• Supporting team in Scrum ceremonies and capacity management
• Managing a project budgeting
• Coach junior staff

 
Candidate’s profile

• Experience in IT product / project delivery (preferably for Financial Services sector)
• Innovative, entrepreneurial and eager to learn
• Knowledge of Financial Services industry
• Experience in managing projects, processes and teams, decisive and results-oriented mindset
• Strong planning, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues
• Experience in building relationships with Clients
• International profile, willingness to travel and get involved in international projects, fluent English
