For our Global Business Services (GBS) Center in Kraków that provides global support and expertise in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Project Management, IT and HR, we are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant who will join our Invoice Processing Team
Key responsibilities:
- Manual processing of invoices into Oracle
- Interpreting Purchase Orders for matching
- Cooperation with procurement team and/or outside vendors to resolve routine questions or problems
- Vendor reconciliations
- Uploading Excel templates into Oracle and resolving exceptions
- Testing and implementation of new system enhancements as needed
- Following global standardized procedures, practices and techniques
- Moving across the AP responsibilities based on need
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background (preferably Bachelor's or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, but we are open to consider students available to work full-time or graduates of technical schools of economics) or first experience in Accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) will be an asset
- Advanced English skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with team spirit
