Responsibilities:
  • perform all assigned by the Compliance Officer and/or Management monitoring tasks as per the monitoring plan,
  • assist with implementing all necessary actions to meet the objectives of an effective compliance program including meeting all regulatory and legislative requirements and identifying areas of  excellence,
  • document, evidence and clearly present all findings identified through the monitoring activities, highlighting trends and potential risks to the business,
  • support the MLRO to comply with AML record keeping requirements,
  • assist to record identified areas of regulatory risk and broader operational risk to the Branch,
  • to monitor for relevant industry and regulatory changes within the local regulator (KNF) and advise the Compliance Officer and Management of possible changes, updates and amendments,
  • to monitor the potential risks and log risk events as reported,
  • assist to develop and implement an internal training program for the Branch.


 

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Law/Finace,
  • experience in compliance within polish financial services will be a plus,
  • an understanding of compliance issues and regulatory requirements within polish financial services and experience working in a multi-regulated business will be a plus,
  • excellent knowledge of the Polish and English languages, both oral and written,
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills,
  • proactive and able to work as team and using own initiative,
  • high attention to detail.
