Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

 

We are looking for:

  • Experience as Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant;

  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations intricacy at the level which enables you to successfully analyse defects and specify fixes to be made by developers;

  • Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations at the level that enables you to specify custom solutions to developers;

  • Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and Supply Chain is an asset;

  • Ability to read and act on business requirements prepared in form of users stories, processes, diagrams that are stored and managed within LCS and or Azure DevOps;

  • Ability to perform and document the results of business and system analysis;

  • Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects;

  • Self-Starter Attitude;

  • Advanced English is a welcome advantage, however we also offer a ramp-up if you do not feel confident enough with your proficiency level.

 

Bonus points:

  • Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions;

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate will be considered as a serious advantage;

  • Proven track of working with other leading ERP platforms;

  • A self-motivated digital solutions enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

The role:

  • Providing 3rd line of support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM systems, defect analysis, resolving issues, providing consultation;

  • Implementation of new features to existing systems, analysis of requirements, discussion with clients, effort estimation, testing new features delivered by a developer;

  • Delivering fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM;

  • Implementation of project improvements, proactive introduction of tools which improve the overall project/system experience;

  • Working in a team of several specialists;

  • Creation/update of technical documentation.
