• Conduct needs analysis to identify performance needs and gaps
• Liaise between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and various Learning functions
• Recommend learning solutions to address performance needs
• Deliver learning solutions to the business
• Manage the implementation of training programs
• Provide oversight to agile design and development teams aligned with learning programs and other learning needs within the function they are aligned to
• Support the Learning Consultants in mapping out resource requirements and work with the business to acquire funding as needed
