Job Overview

As a Contract Manufacturing Finance Analyst you will be responsible for providing financial analytical and reporting support for 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) costs of given PepsiCo Business Unit. The role includes actual performance tracking and reporting, forecasting and planning, variance analysis, governance and updates of 3PM cost cards. As Contract Manufacturing Finance Analyst you will actively support 3rd Party Manufacturing team in delivering productivity targets and provide Business Units with transparency over actual and future 3PM costs. This role will give you stimulating opportunity to grow within the FP&A area of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, co-coordinating and executing actual and forecast reporting processes in Coman TM1 system for whole Sector
  • Providing monthly reports and variance analysis for 3rd Party Manufacturing costs of given Business Units
  • Preparing and distributing management reports for actual and forecasted costs to relevant stakeholders, as well as preparing forecasts during all financial cycles 
  • Managing and executing period close activities  (accruals, rebates, variance reporting, commentaries for BU and 3PM teams)
  • Managing 3PM cost card changes to ensure correctness of the prices and compliance with relevant controls
  • Supporting the business with ad hoc analyses and financial modeling
  • Participate in yearly AOP process by calculation of 3PM costs and running system flows necessary to cash up future year costs.
  • Active participation in identification and deployment of best practices including harmonization and improvements of SCF Co-Man reporting processes, tools and systems

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Finance function: FP&A or Supply Chain Finance in a multinational company
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) - advanced Excel user is a must. Practical knowledge of TM1 would be strong asset
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are paramount
  • Good commercial sense with a strong acumen of identifying business drivers/analysis of P&L
  • Accurate, structured, curious, team player with ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in matrix organization
  • Be a self-starter, flexible and able to work autonomously
  • Advanced written and spoken English
