What do you need to start?

  • knowledge of English and German at B2 level or higher
  • attention to details
  • willingness to develop in one of business areas: procurement/ finances/ accounting/ HR/ administration
  • good interpersonal skills 

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

  • answering client’s calls and emails and processing client’s queries and escalations
  • maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records
  • handling administrative duties relating to purchases, including tracking orders and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • contact overdue customers and chases for payment in accordance with rules set by the engagement  

What your development path can look like?

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
