Responsible for partnering with hiring managers, Human Resource Business partners, Sourcing and Recruiting Administration to seek out, assess, attract and hire the best talent (both internally and externally) for the European Bank. You will learn and administer all staffing-related policies and procedures, including redeployment activity whilst maintaining a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

You will learn and develop external candidate sourcing methodologies including partnering with recruitment agencies where required. In addition, you will facilitate internal mobility, which will include career counseling.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Progressive related recruitment experience with demonstrated knowledge of the end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Client service orientation, effective communicator, strong prioritization skills are required
