What do you need to start?

• 4 years of professional experience 
• Experience in working in a headquarter of a bank, insurance or consulting company as a plus 
• Strong general consulting skills and the ability to overcome internal barriers through drive, determination and influencing skills
• Practical knowledge of Agile and other software production methodologies as a plus
• Experience in project management as a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, and excellent presentation skills
• Fluency in English

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

•  Passionate about technology innovations
•  Practical knowledge of Agile and other software production methodologies as a plus

What duties will help you grow?

• Defining and implementing projects focused on customer engagement, operations effectiveness, launch new businesses / services or strategic digital initiatives 
• Helping clients to design, deliver and adopt digital technologies to improve their competitiveness 
• Creating the transformational roadmaps and improve the clients’ digital capability 
• Co-working with a group of passionate, inteligent and higly motivated team members and constantly improving own skills and knowledge
