RTR Associate Supervisor
RTR Associate Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- working with highly engaged team members,
- managing process of period end close,
- analyze, monitor, and action on KPIs to improve their values consistently,
- being responsible for efficient delivering of financial operations,
- taking part in the process of project creation, definition and strategy,
- updating to R2R Senior Manager, highlighting risk, opportunities and areas of the highest value to R2R,
- cooperating with Local Business Units in the R2R Manager’s region,
- sharing knowledge and experience across team and department members,
- ensuring work policies & procedures are followed,
- ensuring safe control environment/ closure of action items from audits.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance & Accounting,
- 4+ years of relevant experience in RTR area,
- experience in performing year-end procedures,
- knowledge of SAP software,
- excellent communication skills with pro-customer attitude,
- proactive, detal oriented, with ability to organize workload,
- very good knowledge of English.
