What do you need to start?

• At least 12 years of varied business experience – being familiar with HR or/and Operations may contribute to be successful in that role.
• Being keen of different aspects of managing people in business organization.
• Experience in working with stakeholders of different seniority levels, representing different cultures.
• Sharp eye to detail - ability to work with significant amount of detailed data.
• Natural talent to connecting dots.
• Perfect time management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Confidence in using MS Power Point and Excel.

What duties will help you grow?

This role is an opportunity to join vibrant consulting environment and group of truly passionate people to respond to their business needs, spreading from China to California. 

To act in this role successfully, you need to be keen on working both with people and data and  to present strong business acumen:

• You will lead Resourcing and Operations for global team of IFAO consultants which means also leading a team of resourcing SPOCS and supporting functions.
• You will be asked to secure global resources for projects of different scale and you will be final decision maker in conflicting situation.
• Your will make sure that utilization data are accurate, requested reports are presented on time and you will be able to analyze and present data in different perspectives.
• You will oversee recruitment for consulting teams – that will be you to define priorities and trigger recruitment teams and global reporting.
• You will be directly involved in consulting team skills development – thru arranging regular cohorts of consulting training, ensuring necessary training licenses or budget approvals; also by making sure that all team members are properly onboarded.
• You will actively support talent management program for young consultants in its annual editions.
• You will ensure that there is necessary admin support delivered and all data bases are kept updated.
• You will work on further process improvements, reports automation and supporting tools implementation to ensure that resourcing and operations are working smoothly.
