Team description

Derivatives Support team is part of Fund Accounting group calculating NAV for the investment funds. Our team is responsible for processing OTC instruments traded by our clients, like swaps and options. Trade capture, lifecycle events, broker recons are the basic tasks performed by our group. We service the clients based all around the globe – we have 35 employees in Wroclaw working for EMEA, APAC and US clients.   

Lead Representative/Accounting Specialist is responsible for:

• OTC derivatives on the portfolios of the investment funds that we service
• opening, closing trades on the portfolio and taking care of the lifecycle events of the derivatives 
• analyzing information relating to the derivatives in order to make sure everything is correctly accounted for
• liaising with our clients, brokers if there are any discrepancies to be explained

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in finance related area
• Third level qualification, preferably in business related discipline
• Strong financial knowledge, especially relating to the financial instruments
• Very good English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
• Being well organized at work
• Analytical skills
• Responsibility for your tasks, timeliness and reliability
• Nice to have: Advanced Excel knowledge, including VBA
