• conduct analysis of client requirements for customer transformation

What do you need to start?

• In this position, you will need effective technical cloud architecture experience, problem-solving and communication skills
• You should have experience in telecommunication industry
• You should have good understanding of Customer oriented business processes and Customer Experience
• You should be able to demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), with a firm understanding how elements like Omniscripts, Flex cards / Cards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures can enhance Salesforces own functionalities
• You should be able to demonstrate expertise in Vlocity's domain-specific capabilities such as EPC, CPQ, CLM, Order Management, etc.
• Knowledge of features like Enterprise Sales Management, Linear and Hierarchical product models, Offer Migration and Multiplay Offers, Advanced & Business Rules, Pricing will be an advantage
• Experience of solving performance challenges incl. efficient batch processing (locking issues), practice of diagnosing and resolving governor limits problems
• Knowledge of best practice SF development chain and everyday hands-on experience of CICD automation tools, incl. SFDX and VBT (or IDX), integration with MS VS Code
• You shall have minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Vlocity platform and synchronic & a synchronic integration with other systems 
• You should have good understanding of salesforce data structures, objects, SQL, data access tools like developer workbench, data loader etc.
• You should be able to translate Client’s business and technical requirements into Salesforce and Vlocity configuration
• You should have an in-depth understanding of the principles of network, application, and information security
• Vlocity Platform Developer Certification will be your additional asset
