Twój charakter

     Role competences:

• Higher education (preferred majors: finance, banking, economics);
• Minimum 6 months of investment banking/private equity experience;
• High motivation and responsibility for the work performed;
• Strong drive to develop and broaden competences;
• Analytical skills, very good knowledge of corporate finance and financial analysis;
• Experience in financial modelling and business valuation;
• Good communication skills, ability to clearly express conclusions and recommendations;
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work in a team, manage time and prioritize tasks;
• Computer proficiency (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point);
• High personal culture, resistance to stress and positive energy;
• Fluency in English; other CEE languages considered as an advantage.

Charakter Twojej pracy

        Work characteristics:

• Work in an international investment banking team on transactions in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe;
• Participation in M&A and ECM transactions as a member of the execution team, cooperation with structured finance and global markets teams;
• Close cooperation with BNP Paribas’ investment banking sector and product teams in Paris, London and Frankfurt;
• Creating financial models and performing valuations (DCF, multiples, LBO, etc.);
• Support in the preparation of project documentation (teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, valuation reports, offers);
• Management of due diligence processes (VDR, investors' Q&A);
• Research on sectors and companies, preparing lists of potential investors/acquisition targets;
• Active participation in origination, preparing presentations and other marketing materials, participating in meetings with clients.
