Job Description & Summary

PwC Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) Team is the most experienced team in Poland in M&A and Financing transactions for PV and Wind Energy Sector (>600 MW).

PwC CP&I in Poland is providing advisory services to national and international clients including:
International private equity funds, infrastructure funds and other investors (among others DIF, Abrdn, Equitix)
Leading PV and Wind Developers in Poland private and public companies,
International Financial Institutions (e.g. the World Bank Group, EIB, EBRD) and commercial banks,
governments,
and many others around the globe.

PwC CP&I supports clients in regards to multimillion / multibillion investment projects, infrastructure related transactions, strategy, business expansion and optimisation, governance, reform and capacity building.
Our services cover areas such as:
M&A transaction advisory in renewable energy / infrastructure / asset heave deals (M&A / financing),
finance raising and structuring (mostly for renewable energy)
corporate finance,
project structuring and evaluation (i.e. financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis,
feasibility study, Value for Money, and risk analysis, PPP Advisory),
strategic, business, and market assessment,
financial modelling for transaction purposes

Consultant in M&A and Financing Team specializing in Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Transactions  Regional CEE Team in Poland

 

In this recruitment process we're looking for the Consultant who  will be one of the key members of the CP&I Team, driving value added and quality delivery for Clients and supporting international CP&I practice dynamic growth. We are looking for ambitious candidates who can take the ownership and are seeking long-term development opportunities in a challenging environment.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • 1-3 years experience of relevant professional experience   (e.g. corporate finance, banking, capital projects, investments management, consulting),

  • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills, Business acumen,

  • Strong capabilities in financial analysis and investments evaluation,

  • Financial modelling skills, although not necessary, will be an asset,

  • Experience in renewable energy, although not necessary, will be an asset

  • Experience or involvement in financing or/and M&A transactions in regulated sectors will be an advantage

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Drive for professional and personal development,

  • MS Office literacy (Excel and PowerPoint),

  • Proficiency in English is a must.
