For our Client, an international services company, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Manager that will support creating a new HR SSC in Warsaw.
HR SSC Manager
Responsibilities:
- managing the team responsible for employee services (regional),
- processing, publication and data management in the organization's internal system,
- constant, ongoing contact with employees of the organization based on telephone and e-mail communication as well as dedicated tools,
- support, partnering with IT, the introduction and testing of new functionality, enhancements, features and required ServiceNow system configuration changes.
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years of professional experience as HR Manager,
- experience in SSC or BPO environment,
- knowledge of ServiceNow,
- knowledge of HR admin and employee processes will be a strong asset,
- fluent English,
- mature personality, risk assessment skills, great communication skills.
