For our Client, a global manufacturing company, we are looking for a person for the position of HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:
  • coordinating full recruitment process in Share Service Center: editing of announcements, conducting meetings, managing the database of candidates, preparing reports on candidate profiles,
  • preparation and full support during on-boarding process for each new Employee,
  • performing full support of all HR Administration within SSC,
  • participating in HR SSC Budget process,
  • preparing, managing and coordinating internal HR reports on a regular,
  • building and managing training plans,
  • building development plans for the Employees,
  • developing HR strategies, policies, and practices,
  • engaging with heads of department.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in similar role in SSC or BPO,
  • fluent English,
  • knowledge of the regional labor law,
  • focus on business (understanding the company's financial goals and developing solutions related to human resources that the company benefits from),
  • interpersonal and communication skills.
