Who we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as an Administrative, HR or Financial Assistant  
  • Multi-level data analysis using Excel, (some VBA, SQL, macros) with a mindset for simplifying and automating tasks using these tools,
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and local language
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Linked In Pro / Recruiter Lite experience.

Your future role

  • Assisting team & team manager in everyday tasks related to recruitment process, trainings and verification procedures, 
  • Cross checking information from several departments to assure accuracy of information provided to our client, 
  • Responsible for whole onboarding process from pre-screening, background check all the way to offboarding, 
  • Responsible for scrutiny processes and keeping up the records of training and other work requirements, arranging meetings, 1:1s, chasing people for missing information
