The position assists the Head of Compliance CAO in managing the departmental initiatives & programs. The role will offer great opportunities to interact with Compliance’s Senior Leadership Team and wider Risk & Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides support for Compliance Administration/ Transformation in a global team environment. Key responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
  • Providing strategic support for Financial and Human Capital Administration for Global Compliance ($100m plus budget/700 plus FTEs globally)
  • Serving as primary point of contact for:
  1. Support and maintenance of seating plans/ resiliency plans
  2. TPG Administration (key point of contact)
  3. Other administrative activities (e.g., Cost allocation reviews, Ad-hoc project and reporting)
  • Assists CAO Head in day-to-day admin activities including but not limited to managing global onboarding processes, strategic internal communication (Town Halls, Onsite Meetings, Virtual Chats with Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer) etc.
  • Serving as a key member of the Transformation team and providing assistance in the execution of Compliance Transformation initiatives – including driving forward Compliance initiatives linked to Project Catalyst
  • Preparation of best-in-class PowerPoint presentations for senior business management and Transformation Programs
  • Ad-hoc project support; includes preparing reports, SharePoint management, and managing communication with key internal and external parties.
  • Contributing to the achievement of team objectives. No direct reports.

Key Skills

  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferably in Financial Services. Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Familiarity with SharePoint management will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical & financial acumen 
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills 
  • Ability to work successfully with diverse set of individuals in global team environment.
