Junior Recruitment Specialist
What will you do:
- You will have a full ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process for entry level positions, for one of our internet services industry clients – including, sourcing & posting, reviewing candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, providing feedback & offering successful candidates
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various recruitment applications
- You will be working closely with other recruiters, hiring managers, HR team, Talent Brand team and other stakeholders
- You will be able to participate in external employer branding events – job fairs, meet-ups & trainings
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in recruiting entry-level profiles would be an asset
- Good understanding of recruiting & sourcing processes, recruiting tools (Workday) – would be a plus
- English on min. B2 level is required [English is used as the main language to communicate at work]
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Openness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package – including Outlook, Excel would be a plus
