What will you do:
- You will have ownership of End to End recruitment process
- Responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects with them
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
- Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
What do we expect from you?
- At least 6 months of proven experience in recruitment
- Experience in recruiting for Finance & Accounting, Compliance & Customer service profiles
- Excellent Polish & English skills
- Preferred understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools (Workday), sourcing channels
- Interviewing experience and skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
