What will you do:
- You will have ownership of End to End recruitment process
- Act as single point of contact for hiring managers and be responsible for regular updates and communication about projects with them
- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group
- Cooperate with Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
What do we expect from you?
- At least 6 months of proven experience in similar role
- Very good English & Polish skills
- We prefer understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels
- Interviewing experience and skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
