What do you need to start?

• 3-Language skills - German (B2)
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Purchasing and/or procurement/sourcing experience (min. 3-5 years)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basis of procure to pay process
• SAP Ariba sourcing module knowledge 

What duties will help you grow?

• Provide the best Ariba training and carry on the onboarding process of the suppliers
• Ariba S2C-Sourcing Project & Event support
• Daily and direct contact with our suppliers
• PO confirmation, rejection, invoice creation, credit memo creation and reporting
• Monitor preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements as well as Client quality requirements
