The Technology Implementation Lead will partner with the Tech Program Manager on the successful rollout of a new Global Learning technology solution across the network. This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in a highly strategic, multi year program

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Understanding of requirements from the business or stakeholder’s perspective and translating the requirements into the appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model;

  • Prior experience in Product Management/Ownership and/or Technical Product Ownership is a plus;

  • Analyzing business and user needs, establishing clear business value objectives, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic or business process difficulties to select, build or modify large, complex or mission critical information systems to achieve business value;

  • Working collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision; 

  • Developing deep business and application domain knowledge for an assigned business portfolio and/ or LoS to aid in critically evaluating the balance of both business needs and user requests;

  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, or other collaboration platform;

  • Managing deployments in a global environment;

  • Displaying awareness of agile project management methodologies, tools and techniques;

  • Facilitating and encouraging creativity and forward-thinking suggestions; 

  • Demonstrating leadership presence and a inclusive approach to coaching and driving a diverse team;

  • Possessing expertise in Learning & Development processes is a plus;

  • Utilizing a collaborative working style within and across teams at all levels, both internally and with vendors;

  • Exhibiting communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences;

  • Managing time, workloads, and priorities in a proactive manner;

  • Providing relevant, accurate and up-to- date information to leadership; and,

  • Driving alignment to established technology standards, practices and processes.
