For our Client, an international company from the production sector, we are looking for candidates, who will join the GBS structure in Łódź as Accounting Specialist with French.

  • researching and solving payment discrepancies,
  • provide analysis and reports for your scope of activity,
  • prepare and submit documentation for internal controls (maintaining deadlines and good quality),
  • managing invoice processing for complicated vendor portfolio and intercompany vendor accounts,
  • processing payment requests,
  • participating in monthly accounting, reconciliations, journal entry preparation,
  • performing account aging reviews and resolve overpayments/recovery,
  • review and action on overdue vendor debit and credit balances,
  • resolving vendor and business inquiries.


  • business Administration, Accounting, Finance Degree or equivalent,
  • 1+ year of experience in Accounting, Finance area,
  • shared Service experience would be an asset,
  • ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of management,
  • proficiency Microsoft applications (especially Excel),
  • knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system would be an asset,
  • good knowledge of English and French (min. B2 level).
